Anyone? Just got it from motorshow, not sure how reliable, "clean the car without water and won't harm the finish." Any comment on this product?

How's the cloth like?
Is it a damp cloth that can be used over and over again?
Instructions says cannot wash it, but then, how to remove the dirt that has sticked on to the cloth?
A dirty cloth can leave swirl marks on the paintwork.
