Yes, tell them that ur power window has tendency to slip down by itself. They will change the power window motor and adjust the speed. After that, no more "piak" sound when u use the auto wind up function. Have change mine twice for the last 2 service. Quality of workmanship is dependable on the service branch. Personally, i feel that Lok yang is better....

I think this problem lies with a faulty power window motor.

Send your car back to Tan Chong to get them to rectify for free, if it is still under warranty.

The Service Advisor may tell you "It's normal" or "It's like that" (which is common attitute at Tan Chong). You will have to be persistent and be firm that the motor is indeed faulty and get them to do more tests.

Last month, I sent my Latio to Toa Payoh service centre and feedback noisy on driver window. They  immediately check on window and said that is normal...... and is ok....
I should ask them to compare with left side window and tell me the different.
Next service, I will do that. They must fix my driver side window moving nosie.

Your car under warranty right? If yes, just pop by any of the service centre. Instead of verbally describing, show it to them.

i only realised how loud the window noise is yesterday nite when I turned out from MSCP
and my fren who was sitting beside me winded down the passenger window..she gave me
a shock cos I thot my left side mirror hit the car parking beside the car park exit..only to
realise that it was the window noise.

then I tried to wind down my window a bit but the moment i pressed the button, the window
went all the way down...something is wrong cos normally when i pressed the button a bit, the
window will go down bit by bit but yesterday nite, it went all the way down...tried a few times
and still like tat..haiz..must go TCM and let them hv a check at my window liao..

Could be due to some wiring connection problem.

Actually you can activate/deactivate the automatic un/wind of the driver window....on the day i collected my car, my driver side of the window did not auto un/wind the driver window...then my SE on the spot set it for me....I can't remember how to do it....but it invlolves holding the button (dun remember up or down) for 10secs.....

Highly due to some wiring connection problem.

Send your car to Tan Chong to rectify since it is still under warranty.
