With so many post en block sales construction going on, it is common to see many construction vehicles on the road.

Inevitably, these  vehicles may drop a nail or two off their load.

Hi Jo

If he pull out the nail immediately, his tyre sure KO immediately and cannot drive at all. Must tahan until workshop then ask them to patch for you or chg for u man...

B4 u decide to change to new tyres or use SPARE TYRE, you got to think carefully loh.

I change all the 4tyres without using the Spare Tyre, was a waste ? But I wanted to change to GR80 for so long liao. Since my mileage hitting 30000km soon, so might as well chg all the 4 without using the Spare Tyre. I am not sure whether i have made a right or wrong decision!

Regards.

iagree, i think it is good u hv changed new tyres since u r hitting 30k milage and travel in msia frequently...good
tyres are very important so i would say u hv made a right choice...nothing is more important than a safe and
sound drive.

Hitting nails usually result in slow puncture, can be mended if not serious.  Sudden rupture is most dangerous! :zipped:

Totally agreed....once was holidaying in Slovenia with hubby...was driving down the mountain after a day of ski....then suddenly heard...POM....then car swirl a little....likely was not driving fast....we managed to stop safely at the side rd...when we look at the ruptured tyre...scary...big hole...really lucky we didn't skid...phew...
