i have been driving with bodykit for 2years+, never kanna bodykit, only kanna exhaust tip or tow hook when reverse too in especially when loaded with passengers behind, think our bodykit quite safe, go over humps also no problem unless you lower your ride.

Take care when parking head in or reversing and leave some allowance.
Take care when going up and coming down steep slopes eg. underground carparks like Ngee Ann City
Take care when negotiating high road humps
Take care when cornering round bends
If you can handle the above, you should be fine. Moreover, the Latio Nismo bodykit is very conservative unlike the typical beng cars.
