Title: Why gear stick becomes very stiff ?

Out of sudden my Latio's gear stick becomes very stiff when changing gear.  Anyone knows what is the reason ? Anyone experienced this before ? I just changed gear box oil recently at the 100k servicing at Autosavers. Worrying.. pls help.  Thanks.
