in front, behind the front embelm logo. v cute - two small horns in front but not loud

the installer actually took out the front grill to install mine. BUT i must add that i did it together with my LEDs. so am not sure if it is really necessary to remove the front grill.

If you want DIY, just follow this thread  http://forum.thelatioclub.org/index.php?topic=708.0

Remember to upgrade your horn fuse to higher Ampere, according to the horn spec.

I bought the Stebel horn from Autobac, was on offer $18.90.  Also bought the fuse there.  DIY myself two weeks ago, quite satisfied with the result.

The original latio horn is 3.5amp per side, so total only 7 amp.

most of the after mkt horn is higher amp (so louder), like the Stebel is 6 amp per side, so total 12 amp.

you can check the manual to find the black box of fuses. on the cover they indicate which fuse is for wat parts. u just follow and remove accordingly.

apart from changing fuse, do we need to install a relay?
some pp say must have (else will burn the wiring) but the shop installer said no need. he say a relay is already there supporting the stock horns, no need extra when doing a 2 for 2 replacement.

confused  :confused1:

for our latio, confirm no need.

if not wrong, new car already have a relay.

If you getting more powerful horn, confirm you need to replace ur fuse from 10A to 15A
