refer to today my paper .  Cars was damaged by falling tree due to lightning strike.
just wonder our  insurance got cover ??
this few days keep raining,  Best not to park under a tree if it is in  a open car park

insurance don't cover damaged by falling tree. u can claims ur own insurance but ur next year insur will go up depend on how much u claims.

Start praying before you park....and finally see your surrounding got trees before parking....also more chance of getting bird ******** if park under trees...there was once i was at TCM Bt Timah, parked at one of the lot in front of the show room which is under a tree for 30mins....my car was baptised in holy bird ********...it was so bad tat the smell fused into the car....hard to have it wash immediately.....

remember there are a case near potong pasir, the owner sue the town council for no maintenance, trim the tree trunks, than TC shoot NParks, shoot here & there... ends up who win?? .... i dont know... :P

when the tree drop hit ur car everybody siam nobody want be responsible, when ur car hit the tree everybody want u to pay damaged for the tree
