Title: bumper damage and protruding out

damm.. my bumper side damage and protruding out now due to reverse parking. *suspension too low* tried to unscrew and fix back but still protruding slightly.

tried to fix back myself but cannot.
anyone can recommend a workshop to fix in west area?
est how much and how long it will take?
