Hi guys, anyone know whether latio sedan rear logo is screwed on or glued on?
(Both the nissan logo and the Latio word)
Cos i wan to remove them. Any idea?
-
I believe is glued on. I bought it 2nd hand and the previous owner removed it already, and there's no screw hole there.

de-badging macam stylo mah

hEy silver thanks a lot for the thread link!
helps alot!
-
Its all glued confirmed, got my ride last month Latio sport 2nd week both nissan and latio logo removed, now behind all empty. i use nylon thread and thumb muscles.
-
After removing logo, spray a little WD40 onto a clean cloth and wipe it over the remaining sticky adhesive on the paintwork.
It works like magic in removing it.
-
the whole process takes me 45 mins. Recommend to bring along a small cloth to hold onto the string. else will have a burning feeling becos of the constant "sawing".
-
I did not remove mine, but why not spay some WD40 on it, wait a few minute then start "sawing". Should be easier to removedright?
-
another method is to pour some zippo lighter fluid and use a atm/credit card to de-badge the logo after dat alittle bit car liquid polish to remove the remains left by the double side tape.
It takes time and patience to acheive gd & beautiful results
Cheers!
