When engine is breaking in, yes. After that, who knows?
But I can confirm your wallet will up lorry. ;D
-
current mileage is 7000++. ok boh?
petrol is under company. :)

Latio red line is at 6500rpm.
For auto cars, it will auto shift to next gear even before it hits red line, unlike manual cars where you can deliberately rev till red line.
So it is perfectly safe to rev frequently. Your engine will not be damaged unless you do not go for recommended oil change.
But road safety should never be compromised.
Anyway, how often can you rev till 6000rpm? By 2nd gear, speed would have exceeded legal limit on highway.
-
by flooring the throttle during pickup, can easily hit 6000rpm already... but glad to hear it's safe.. normally i'll let go the throttle a little to prevent it from going into redline. when i drive, my pickup will be at least 4krpm during pickup with clear traffic.
btw still running on mineral
-
the gear will auto shift up between 2500-3000rpm.

Nah, if you floor the accelerator, you can get very near to redline.

i ever tried floorin the acc pedal w/o lettin off from standstill position to 100km/h the rpm went up to 6300 before changin up to the next gear... it took 12secs quite jialat siah, tot dat can clocked at 10secs.

Hehe don't tempt me to try leh. ;D

yes, when u step correctly u can actually tua till high before it change gear, i think is step in 3/4 then hold it there n it will tua. rarely do that to pick up. but duno is it because mines a 4AT then it drop dwn drasticaly. road bumpy then sometime cause leg to move abit up then cant tua tt high. but its song lei, i love it when i tua to 6k/6.5k @ speed 120km/hr and above then let go all e way till it drop t 5k then step in all e way again. that pull is simply undescribeable. totally heaven to me  :devil2:

hi mr. pizza... when i tua during pick up, can feel will reach 100km/h very fast. should be shorter than 12sec. tomolo i go time. i know my lao chio still can run. btw i done ecu tuning with no other mods.
-
btw anyone installed turbo charger kit here?
-
Wow, Turbo - FI now :devil2:, got lots of things to do if not you'll most probably blow your engine, lower the compression of the piston, adding the FMI so that your engine does not get too hot, getting another ECU that can programe. but before you do that, go upgrade your brakes, strengthen your chassis and take up a defensive driving course.

Ya wat u say is true it seems fast to reach 100km/h w/o timing but if u take a flat ground straight road & a stop watch u find dat its impossible to clock at 10secs.
I switched to SP7 mode oso cannot acheived it... Haiz

hi zzyzx
TOO CUTE LAH
UP LORRY :)

just now timed my 0 - 100 and was also 12 sec sial.... looks like the ECU tuning is useless after all...
