Title: Back from 10K servicing, scratches found on front/rear bumper

Just back from 10K servicing at UBI TCM, luckily I inspected my car before drive away, found some scratches on front/rear bumper & bonnet.  :mad: :mad: 

Called the SA and he took some photo and said will investigate. Anyone encountered this? And what is the action taken by TCM? Thx.
