Title: dots on instrument panel?
Post by: turret on April 18, 2009, 07:43:19 PM
HI Lations,

Like to share with you of an incident.

There are some sort of residual dots on my plastic transparent instrument panels. I try to clean it up but seems like the dots come from the inside of the panel. It is not obvious but if you look at an angle and with sufficient lighting, you could notice it.

I brought this up to TCM during my last servicing and they promise to  replace it for me. I suspect it is manufacturing defect.

So take a careful look at your panel, if there is , y not change it since it is free.

cheers,

actually, you can feedback to their customer sales officer?

Usually the customer sales officer will call you a few days after your servicing to check whether all is ok. U can take this opportunity to impress  upon them that what is not done and you insist that they rectify accordingly.

Tan Chong should replace the defective part for free if your Latio is under warranty.
