Probably best to go for checkup. Soon, before your car overheat and stall in the middle of expressway!  ;D

That is normal, nothing alarming.

When the car is running, the engine is hot, the coolant will moderate the engine temperature, pick up the heat (heat transfer).  Some of the coolant (water) will evapolate away, so is natural that you need to top up the water every now and then, as long as not very offen.  Just like you need to top up the battery water, otherwise, where is all the battery water gone to?

Check if there is a greenish puddle underneath your car and check if there are leakages at all the connections (from the radiator to the engine..etc)

Even though my Latio run on CNG ,my coolant level also drops but no so much as yours

My car 30k, coolant still max. even if drop should only drop a tiny weeny bit, not as much as he described.

BTW during servicing I don't think they top up coolant, coz I check the levels of all fluids before servicing.

nah they cant be bothered to top up any fluids, service report says so only... some ppl even doubt if they change the engine oil durin the 1st 3 free servicin at 1k, 5k and 10k as the oil is still relatively clean so who knows yeah....
