Bro,  the aircon air circulation got 2 modes. U must selected the one with outside air circulation. Choose the internal circulation & yr problem is solved.

I had the same problem as TS.  But only obvious when following a lorry or truck during traffic jam.

mine no external smell when I press the inside air button. I have other problem, the air is too dry sometime. Thinking of installing those small air purifier with water spinning in a clear pastic container.

Yah, agree. The air is too dry, usually my eyes are quite sore after a long drive.
But again, our 12V location is placed at behind the gear lever, which is not the best position to put the air purifier.
So usually, I would wind down the windows if my eyes start to get sore.

I do have this problem too. Went to TCM, they said the internal circulation still will have outside air intake.
unless we choose to close all air intake.

This is a long shot, but there is a part just behind the rear right wheel arc in the sedan than lets air out of the cabin when you close the doors, don't know if the sports has it at the same place, check if the plastic flab closes properly it's suppose to be one way - out only. If that part is defective, air might get in thru there into the cabin.

same problem with me too >> dry air = sore eyes

but i will just adjust the angle of the aircon ....

i dont dare to put other purifier with water spinning on my ac>> moist air promote growth of algae in ac leh
