How to remove door panels?

there's some rattling sound coming from the door panel areas whenever i drive over uneven ground. so went to daiso and bought some insulation tapes but got this big question upon returning to the car... "alamak! how to remove door panels arh?"

could someone please post a "step-by-step" guide to remove the door panels?

my fren's baby daughter used to "deposit" coins into her dad's door....hehehe  :D
