« on: September 04, 2010, 11:07:24 PM »

My ride is almost reaching the 60000km mark. Just to find out what should change/service for 60000km?

I thought i should change my cvt engine oil, however One of the TCM servicing engineer told me to change CVT engine oil every 100000km..Hmmm...  anything else to change? spark plug? brake pad etc?? please advise... thank you very muchy!

most of us know we sld chg our CVT oil at 60k, if wait till 100k, soon you can change the CVT gearbox together

TC changed the servicing policy.  CVT oil change is at 100K for latio.  If you have signed up for the package before they changed the policy, can insist on it.

damnz soon tcm will implement all parts replacement to be done only after u hit 100k & above...

These is juz a rough guide for myself:

brake pads = check every 4Ok
fan belt = replace every 6Ok
a/c fiter = change every 1Ok
spark plug = replace every 8Ok
wipers = change every 2Ok
air filter = replace every 2Ok
battery = change every 6Ok/3 yrs whichever comes 1st
tyres = replace every 5O-60k/2-3 yrs depends on rate of threadwear

so the best timing to sign NPMP is 70k, 80k, 90 k, 100k, can get CVT oil, spark plug, belt, brake pad replaced.

that's is just a $9 paper filter if you get from one of our bro here. Cheaper and much easier to replace compare to your cabin A/C filter. Sometime I check and dust off that filter when I wash car, I have a spare one ready to change when ever I think it is dirty enough.

Try ask TCM how much is the part + labour cost to replace your filter.
