Latio 1.5A CVT Premium
tranceluscious:
Been thinking hard to buy Latio premium. Did my own research on the internet and saw average of 12-15km/l depending on highway and city drive ratio. And also some mentioned they have mod by installing pivot 3, larger rims, etc.
But what i really wanna find out is what's the FC like for a dead stock Latio premium. On paper, it says 14.4km/l. But it's better to hear from the owners.
Hope you guys could help me cause one of the factors of buying Latio is because of it's boot space and the leg space. Plus the other premium stuffs too. Hehe...
Thamks guys

On a serious note......Latio premium serve my family well, interm of space we have enough room for 2 adult and 2 very young kids.....but now with another one it gets smaller, hehehehe that my wife comment cause she has to sit with one car sit and with the elder daughter who is 6 now.... ;D as for fuel with 16" rim i get a average of 11-13km/l only on constant highway with a medium weight on the accelerator then it can get 13-14km/l. the downside is the aircon it now really that tough, we repair on warranty for 2 time and change the coil again recently after warranty, cost around 450 :crycry: :crycry:. but overall it a good family car of 2 adult and 2 young kids..... the back suspension is not so good as i fix it with a damperner to get hard abit. my 2 cent comment, but for now i will depart with my baby and getting my jetta soonnnnn  ;D

i'm driving a stock Latio premium with 50% highway n 50% city driving. I pump 92RON and i get 13km/litre. Hope this helps.

15km/l is achievable for premium CVT stock. Mine is 4AT, 15km/l previously on stock. But 13km/l now. Due to more heavy footed and upsized to heavy rims.
All depends on your right foot.

Thanks guys! I really appreciate your input. I have a buddy that drives the 4AT model for almost 7years with no major glitch except for the underarm replacement(due to wear and tear) which I dunno what is that. Anyway, the answers you guys gave are helping me shape my decision to get a Latio or not. I'm driving a Subaru impreza 1.5R currently and Latio is way better.
Rather for me, it's an upgrade. And congrats to the guy who is getting the Jetta. You gonna love it!!!
