Gear Box problem
« on: September 22, 2015, 05:44:36 PM »
Hi every one, my first post.

Every morning when I engaged "D", it will take around 10~15 second than the car move off, at a start is like 2~3 second and is a on off, so i usually shift to 2 and it will move off, but now it seem worse and I have to shift to 1 than it move off.

But when car is running hot, the problem seem disappear.

Did check with work shop and they said gear box up the lorry and was quoted 1,800 for a re-con.

Any of your facing the same problem and beside changing gear box, can it be repair?

My is a 2009 Latio, Auto (not CVT) and mileage is 226,000km.
