Hmmm feel like consolidating a list of locations+ prices (if possible) of where we buy Cheap and good aka value for money car maintenance products at common/accessible locations>>> products for grooming, comfort, servicing

Grooming
1) Armourall products for grooming (they are cheap,come in Big capacity, average grooming effect) @ most supermarkets
2) Car vacuum (simple but good suction power @ $13 each) @ Suntec Carrefour
3) Kit Wash and Wax car shampoo With refill pack @ (need to find out more from clarence)
4) Kit Tyre Shine 500ml refill pack @ (need to find out more from clarence)
5) Kit Metallic Car Wax 500ml @ (need to find out more from clarence)
5) Autoglym super Resin polish 1litre ($32) @ Ubi Autobacs
6) Chamosis (cost $1 plus - dirt cheap) @ TOYOGO....... quality so-so only but its cheap aka worth the $$


Comfort
1) Car pillow/cushion (50cm x 50cm + soft + in red, green or white colours + $.3.90 each) @ IKEA, home decoration section
2) Charcoal gel @ Daiso at Plaza Singapura ($2 each)


Aesthetic (good workmanship + reasonable prices)
1) LED @ Wischong aka Marcus (96619892)
2) Stickers/Decals/sun screen @ Adrian (92477994)

Servicing (good workmanship + reasonable prices)
1) Sheng Li Lai @ Eunos Ave 4 (look for Mr Low Eng Chong @ 91119222)

Kit Metallic Car Wax 500ml at only S$3.50 each.

All bought at Batam town, near Harris hotel.

Autobacs at Ubi having offer for Autoglym Super Resin Polish - $32 for 1 litre bottle.

Be wary of bring able to distinguish between a POLISH and WAX.

Polish, if frequently used, especially on new car paint work, can strip its protectitive layer.

Wax is recomended as it coats your paint work with more protective layers of wax.

But then again, even if it is cheaper at autobacs than supermarket. The savings may not justify the cost of fuel there and the extra manhours spent.

same feelings tooo.. Last time , i asked a lot of people.. mostly say can get ALL from autobacs.. but then i dont buy all at one shot ma.. so not justify to go autobacs @UBi each time i want to buy something...

so i started this thread to consolidates all the GOOD and common places to buys good stuffs..

so that everyone can buy them at commonly accessible locations

cheapest is those Soft99 .. from ntuc (AMK) got.. but i HEARD the quality or effect is really lousy... I not confirm cos i never use b4..

i also HEARD >>>3M claybar is good. but ex and no good promotion or offer around
