Hi all, can advise how to catch ants inside and outside the car?
Thanks.

Maybe you would like to check on top of your car. detach the rubber and see if the ants are hiding underthe rubber.Mine got dead flies under the rubber so got many ants running around. After i took out the rubber and wipe out all the ants, now can't find even 1 ants.Hope it helps

Why you want to catch ants outside the car for ?

Very disgusting when u go near to ur car and u see ants (at least 10) running all over the shop.
Correct?

Xiao Qiang may get into your car from the parking lot or MSCP regardless your car have food or not. I ever saw one small xiao qiang on the window, quickly wind down and sweep it away.

some people will keep eating where ever they go like never eat enough during meal time. Now with the long custom jam, you cant stop other people to buy food and drink for a small picnic on causeway or tuas bridge. bo pian, have to clean up again.

Hi bro Ying, totally agreed with u especially with yr lovely and pretty princess on board (like mine too), it's almost impossible to stop them from eating inside the car. By the way, i'm also like to eat inside the car while Q'ing up at chkpts but will surely clean up the mess once i reached the destination.. :D

Hi guys - well, I had ants running all over the windscreen & roof top last month for almost 2 weeks.

It was very irritating and uncomfortable to know that you are driving an ant nest all over the island. I tried smacking them with newspaper at every opportunities I had while waiting for my OC at HDB open carpark downstair. It attracted alot of stares from passerby (and dwellers) wondering what I was doing with all the "pak, pak, pak" sound. But still, it didn't get rid of all of them.

I dun snack inside my car - so I suspected that the ants must have dropped down from one of the falling branches (like Mission Impossible) from my workplace. And for that entire 2 weeks, the weather was not really hot - it's was either cloudy or raining. Otherwise at home, I parked in my condo basement carpark over the weekend.

I was begining to tear myself apart figuring out how to clean my car out after 2weeks - when suddenly one day at work it was searing hot outside and i had parked the car out in the open w/o tree shade, From then onwards no more ants appear....

So the solution is - "Before the Moonson comes in Dec - go and bake your car under a hot sun for a whole day"  ;D  :w00t:

The easiest way to remove ants from your car is to place a COMBAT mini ant bait in your car and the ants will eat the bait and carry it back to their nest and the entire colony will be wiped out.

The bait is round and measures only 4 cm in diameter.

I bought a pack of 6 for $4.

Hi all, I tried out the option as mentioned by Bro Clarence on Monday (3/11). I bought the 12-pack Combat Ants Mini, put 10 in the car and 2 in the boot. After 3days, no more ants were seen crawling. Thanks Bro Clarence.

Glad it worked out well for you.   ;D

But 10 is really a lot to put in the car  :D  The ants must have had a feast.

2 is more than enough and to the extreme, perhaps, 4.
