"bout engine oil being black, it means that the oil is doing its job of cleaning up deposits in your engine.
If the oil is not black even after 6K or 7K, then it's a worrying sign or it could be that your car is still new, hence no deposits in the engine."
firstly, dirt goes to the oil filter.
secondly, no oil will still be golden. anyone who cooks will probably know this as well.
and thirdly, what i learn is that engine oil lubes your engine system, NOT remove dirt and carbon. if it does, why do we still need engine flush for?
and since as you mentioned if new car engine oil might still remain golden, i wonder WHY is it a must to flush out during our 1k svcing, just use until we decide to scrap the car. better idea?
