OVERHAUL BOTH FRT BRAKE CALIPER
« on: November 13, 2008, 09:20:02 AM »
Hi All,

Wan to share this, I have these 2 change yesterday. What happened was when driving my car, felt the left hand front rear side brake "jammed" after stepping on it. Can feel after stepping on the brake, eg. stopping car at junction/traffic light, when wan to move again, the left front brake is still "braking" on it, and u ll hear "squeaking sound" of the brake pad when moving. Monitor this problem for 2 days, it happened after driving for a while (after heat-up). And when yest drove for a while, the steering vibrates so badly (probably cause by the brake-jam problem), sent immediately to TC Ubi in the aftn for repair. Cost me ~$157.

My mileage is now ~126K, fyi. Anybody has this problem after driving for more than 100K?

Simple...

Nope... Didn't encounter this. Maybe it's an isolated case. Let's hear from other >100k fellas...
