Feedback on AIG approved workshops
« on: December 10, 2008, 05:02:21 PM »
Hey guys

There is some approved workshop on the AIG policy page for our ride (Latio). Any bros or sis who have sent their ride to workshops other than TCM for accident repairs, pls share your positive and/or negative feedbacks.

My recent encounter with TCM's unwillingness to help me with 3rd party claim led me to consider alternative workshops for accident repairs.

Thanks
Alan

sent ur car direct to aig approved workshops is faster then u sent to tcm cos they also sent to approve workshop to repair.
when u sent to aig approved workshop they will take care everything doing ur claims and loan car, u juz need to gif a report on where and how u got accident. then they will gif u a loan car then tell u when ur car is ready 4 collection.

you can try Star Automotive. My previous ride was taken care by them. Able to advise me accordingly for 3rd party claim. I went to the branch at Defu Lane....
