Punctured Tyre

Hi , was at IMM today evening near 7pm , on reaching my car found out that my rear right tyre got punctured , tried to remove the rim lock nuts but unable to do so as the tools i have doesn't match. Call our beloved CARMODZ ..... and he help me by providing the Hankook rescue unit number. The rescue unit arrived 20 mins later and within mins my car ready to go....a really BIG , BIG , BIG thank YOU to our really beloved CARMODZ...!!!!!!! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I suppose you changed the nuts to a different size from stock?

 The service at Hankook is excellent.. No point we saying how good it is unless u see it for urself.... Anyway I'm a super satisfied customer with Hankook..

Wat is the rescue team number??

Do they serve other brands or only Hankook customers? or latio club members?

oh , i've change to a 17" rims in which i'am unable to unscrew to lock nut myself due to the rims profile but the nuts is standard la. As for the rescue team number i will post soon....cheers.... :yehyeh: :yehyeh: :yehyeh:

Hankook has a 24 hr recovery service for cases such as flat tire, flat battery. Of course there will be charges, its not included in the price of the tire  :bleh:

carmodz, in case of flat tire, can the rescue team fit new tire on the spot? 2005 model come with small spare tyre.

1. will they bring along 1 new hankook tire?

2. Will they help to install the spare tire?

yes, say I call and tell them actual tyre/rim size, can they bring down one and fit it there. Else I have to change to the small spare tyre, drive it to the workshop then change back to normal size tire.

like 2 tyres punctured at the same time but Ionly have one spare. Your rescue team should have some tyre ready right?
