What servicing to do?

Forget it, there are better workshop outside.
Try Autosavers or Autoaid, though you have no aircon lounge, free drinks, free snacks but you can see the way how servicing is carried out on your car and chat with the mechanics carrying out the servicing.

actually, NPMP is good if you if you have to change a few $$ parts during the 2 years time and also for those who want hussle free. 10k ~ 50k really nothing much to change.
When I am able to check my brake shoe with my own eyes during servicing (not NPMP), worst brake shoe still have 2~3mm left after 5 years usage. 5mm is very thick, almost like a new shoe (or thicker than a new part). I dun think you should change it when it is just less than 5mm. That being said, to change or not to change still depend on you as you are paying it.
Just to share, I asked a KYB stokist in Melaka. A set of Malaysia 4 Excel-G shock for Latio is ~RM470 exclude install. Computer wheel Alignment RM30.
