arias48, TC didnt refund me for not using their mineral oil.

Midnight,  as LaChio has mentioned, its all based on trust. You can never stand there to see and make sure they use ur engine oil. likewise, you can only trust the report that they give u that says they check the car parts...

Lachio--> which AS branch u went?
Used to go to the Kaki Bukit one. Then the regular gang of mechanics shifted to the one at Defu and I followed.

Someone told me that he had already removed the spare tyre but the TC service report still stated that they had checked the spare tyre. :out:

ya man the service report stated to check batt water level regularly and to top-up batt water. How am i goin to do all this if i'm usin dry cell batt which is maintenance free??
Haha wat professional SA they have at their service ctr. . .
