How to clean stubborn stains of interior

Accidentally touched and soil the interior where the sunshade is after topping up battery water
??
can anyone advise how to clean it off

Any off-the-shelves auto interior cleaner does the job.

It would help if you can elaborate on what the "stubbon stain" is.
