Headlight indicator on dashboard

<< < (4/6) > >>

Silver:
we were all taught to check/adjust seat position, mirrors and instrumentation before moving off

better to ensure that the switch for the headlight is turned all the way forward before moving off than looking for headlight indicator when driving

as always, better to keep eyes on the road and on the traffic situation

rongshu:
For CVT model, there are 4 position on the switch Off, Auto, Pole lights, Headlight. I only use Off and Auto.  But sometimes it could be accidently switched to Pole light position and I didn't notice it.  From the dashboard, I have no way to know the headlight is off although the pole light indicator is on.

For 4AT model without Auto headlight, it is straight forward turn the switch all the way down to turn on the headlight.

Then dun use Auto switch if u think 4AT method works better for u.
U still can do it like 4AT and like what u said "straight forward turn the switch all the way down to turn on the headlight."

U just need to cultivate this habit.

Haiz.... so simple. If you want to be sure and you don't want to (or difficult to) check the switch position while driving, then switch off headlights completely and switch on again with just one click forward lor. Tiok bo?
