It should be alright to purchase made in Thailand I guess, my PP2 also made in Thailand and F1 GSD3 also made in Thailand.

Yes, it will get noisy as mileage increased, but some tyres like GR80 which I sat in my friend's car Lancer, still quite comfortable and not so noisy as compared with other makes and brands. Hearsay like Aspec DB and DNA series also quite quiet after certain high mileage. Hope my PP2 fall into this category too.  :D

Yes, I also heard many comment about the sound of a tank which I really cannot imagine.

Also heard of review about the GR80, although comfortable and quite, but the wet performance not so good. So for bros who like to chiong, need to think thrice. Anyway, though GR80 is already not in production, and being replaced by AR10, which has better wet grip performance ?

PP2 should be a better tyre in overall performance. Price is more exp than falken 912.

dun know lah, I am on GR80 for ~30k tyre still looks good. when drive in MSCP at night still can hear the "sticking" sound.  People always say this or that tyre not good in wet, at what speed you want perform in rain? Most people will slow down in rain, even at speed limit most tyre will be ok ....  unless you are those that drive 160km/h in rain on NSHW.
