« on: August 28, 2009, 11:14:12 AM »
hi

my aircon starting to feel not that cold... sometimes even at 22deg...
is it the aircon gas? or should me aircon undergo servicing?
if its the latter, any recommendations for a reasonably priced workshop?

thanks all

you can try the TCM - aircon-buster service package. I did mine at TCM  Toa payoh @ $78/-  ( without changing aircon filter as it is still clean ).

I think this should be covered under warranty.

If yr ride is still under warranty, please go down to TC & get them replace the air-con parts.
The last time I was there to complaint about some other problems, the tester pointed that my air-con compressor is spoilt (Loud noise). I changed for free. Now even at 24 degrees also cold.

must set to lower than outside temp else you get hot air blow out. 26 deg may be enough for noon time but may be too high for rainy night.

Hi bro..
try changing your air con filter
it will help as the existing may be dirty and it is blocking the airflow into ur cabin

Take a look at my website

mine is a 2005 car and the a/c is generally fine. I only notice that it stops being cold when I'm idling. can anyone here advise on what the problem may be? cheers!
