What happened to your roof lining?

Did it sag?

consider look for any workshop can offer roof SP + lining package. Kill 2 birds with one stone. Our roof is a bit thin.

for us Yr05 batches, they changed it without a question asked....i just told the SA got brown rust stain marks at the roof lining...then the SA nodded his head and say OK....

then the invoice showed "Renew roof lining"

Now I am not so sure...but u can try....

If they say is dirt, then u ask them to wash for u loh.....

Thanks.

But since it is soft material, why would it rust or where does it come from?

mine was 09 stock, stain at few location. front passenger side very obvious.
Initially worry about the replacement workmanship done by TC, so was thinking forget it and don't get it replace.
When come to 1k servicing 2 weeks ago, ask them to replace. SA everything ok, when come to car collection, 6 hours later, they just note down on the report, no stock without informing early.... sigh....

i guess should be from the roof metal itself....i did not bother to open and see where it came from.....

so far so good after changing it for 4.5yrs....no more such stain....

My warranty expires tomorrow :-p

I better go and check tomorrow...

Is the rust stain easily noticeable or do we have to strain our eyes a little to spot them?

Cos my roof lining is beigh, all these while didnt really take note of the roof one... get in car just drive :-p
