Festive Greetings Lations!
Went for my 1000km servicing at Ubi today.. I should say they ain't that '
professional' .. are they??
Firstly, I was asked to 'wait', tho I was not late for my pre-booked appointment (11.30am). About 30 mins later, the techinician told me my registrations for the servicing had been done, and it's their lunch soon, thus I should come back after 1.30pm to avoid waiting??
After the servicing was done, I received a sms stating that my car is ready for collection. It was only When i was at the admin counter, was I being informed tat they r washing my car, thus was asked to wait further.
I find out tat my car was 'not even washed' as they had claimed, when I collected my car!? Since it was rainning, decided not to kick up a fuss. My last draw is when later realized my car alignment was not 'rectified' even I had specifically told them my car seemed to sway one side, - they had 'ticked' that they had done so?? Sigh!! Overall service -
Below satisfaction..
Need to go down again tomorrow!!.. Sigh.. but all these are time consuming, isn't it??
