Fastflo vs Carlube. Which is better?

according to the feedback, Carlube is better than Fastflo..

But for me, i am going to use Fastflo 1st for my coming 10K servicing.. 1st time using synthetic EO.. so i am going to use Fastfllo first then swtich to other brands => so that can see the benefits of using other brands of EO

retard? i aso donno how to compare the 'retard' , not sure how to compare... so cant comment much.

i thk latio is basically a family car, slow & steady, no pick-up to cheong that type of car. so, MAI HIAM liao.
