Ya you're right. But there are also people taking on the 10 years loan, so technically the car never belongs to them at all !

In Singapore you are only talking of 'renting' the car. So if we can reduce the loan as little as possible, it may be the better way out.

Just about a month ago i called an exporter, he told be to export the car, the car must at least 3 years old. Dunno how true.
He quoted me about $7000 for the body value of a 3 years old latio.

I just bought the car leh. Although it is a 2nd hand one, i will still lose a lot if i sell now. My plan is to drive arnd 4 years minimum.  :smile:

Hi bro, me too just bought last yr Jul (when the car is abt 3yrs), for me should able to last for another 6.5yrs b4 thinking of changing car (with strong reason I'm able to buy and drive my former corolla car at car aged 14 yrs for 2.5 yrs more) :devil2:

Oh, my bad, thought you tired of your Latio like me liao. So you can zhng your car every year so that it can last you for 4 years.
