on page 4, there is a comment by one of the forummers who had also participated in the competition :

"I actually saw how the eventual winners of the 1.8 livina with the 56.5831 km/l filled up. They started filling at 3pm all the way until 5pm! (2 hours)Under the bloody hot sun! Also, they jacked up the right side of the mpv to fill up to the brim, along with rocking the car sideways interminently between maximum top ups. I didn't see any other competitors go to those extremes."

seems that there was also a controvesy in a previous Shell FC challenge held in Singapore, but that is another story .....
