For those on NPMP, is Tan Chong very strict on the 2 year deadline to finish all 4 servicings?

During your NPMP, does Tan Chong provide a lot of parts/labour that are not provided with Service Package A/B/C?

The total costs of package A+C+A+B seem much lower than what NPMP costs though.

The normal package ABC do not include engine oil. Other items like belts, brake pad, spark plug all are included in NPMP.
