1 good way to reduce your fuel consumption is to dump your 215/45R17 tyres and switch back to stock 185/65R15 tyres. More comfort too.

I don't have any  problems getting 12km/l on average on stock tyres on my 4A/T.

Your CVT should be more economical.

My Latio sports of 2 yrs+ has been doing at 11.5KM/L consistanly
Recently, I started to added a petrol addictive (Atom Power), per box of 2 bottles at 250ml each cost S$60
1st top up - 1/3 bottle - Milage increase a little  :confused1:
2nd top up - 1/3 bottle - Milage increase to 12.5km/l  ::)
last top up - 1/3 bottle - Milage reach 13.5km/L  ;D

Now on 2nd bottle, will be adding as recommened 1ml to 1L
1st Top up - 1/5 bottle - (TBA)

I don't think your fuel savings can offset the cost of your additives.

Save your money by going lighter on the pedal and going slower. Got me from 12km/l to 18km/l.

hey guys... saw this thread and thot to post my query as well...

my is a new ride and i completed my 1k servicing abt 2 weeks back.. but still my FC remains at 9km/l

my driving habits are as per my old car, no heavy loads, just 2 car seats...

reving at most 2krpm.. hoping to get some advice  ;D

Still 1k only, will get better over time when you change oil.

Also, what speed do you drive at in expressway? Traffic jam alot? Idle in CBD alot?
