hi again, was on leave today to prep my car for this saturday big event, (no its not MM2a)
Anyway, jus to share a few things.
I changed to Royal Purple 10w30 oil, changed my CVT NS-2 Oil, and changed my engine oil filter to Micro (Made in Japan). This engine oil filter supposedly has a filtration rate of 15microns.
anyway, important thing to note, the amount of cvt oil used is 5L. Unfortunately, each tin of CVT oil comes in a packaging of 4L (actual amt only 3.8L, yes...we measured...)
Lucky thing, elton came to my rescue. I had to buy another tin, and elton kept the rest. I made a mistake, i thought 40k change cvt oil, only after changing, elton took up the service package sheet and it says 60k km then change cvt oil...darn it...
Did my servicing at River View Auto Services, but they din have the cvt oil, but no worries, there's a shop on the 5th floor that sells. Look for Vincent, the boss, extremely friendly and reasonable chap.. Staff there are friendly and service is good.
RP is not bad man! car feels lighter, and slightly quieter too! But then again, i guess that happens everytime we change engine oil hor?? WRONG! When i changed to Synace w40, crap...car felt so heavy, my mineral oil was fairing much better!

I did my 20k servicing on Tuesday 17th at Autosaver Kaki Bukit. They did the same checks as TC's package B for 20k. Autosaver's full synthetic package cost $195 compare to TC's $299. All-in, I paid $185.89.
1. $45 discount for bringing own oil. By the way, I used Mobil-1 5W-30.
2. $10.50 discount (I think but not sure) for air filter not used because I am using the Hurricane SS filter.
3. Discount for wiper (can't remember how much) on top of 10% discount on the Twister silicon wipers I told them to change to.
Advantage at Autosaver:
1. Can watch them do everything if I wish (unlike at TC).
2. They replaced the air in all my tyres with nitrogen. I can go there to top up the nitrogen anytime.
Lobang:
Top-up $8 nia for Mobil Gold 0W-40 full synthetic oil. Unfortunately I brought my own oil. So, effectively Mobil Gold 0W-40 cost ($45 + $8) = $53 only at Autosaver. But don't know when this offer ends.
I will go to Autosaver again for my 30k servicing. I think it will only cost about $50 if I bring my own oil. No choice lah, I bought 7 bottles of the Mobil-1 5W-30 from Giant last time when they have promotion offer.

only 20k.. u dare to go to other workshop then tan cheong?? warrantly will voild.. u know that?

No, warranty will not void if the workshop follows TC's check list and no dismantling of any major components. They also used original Nissan oil filter. Basically it's the same servicing as you would get if you sent the car to TC. But you save $$$.

don think so, cos Autosaver is a tanchong recognised workshop if im not wrong.

Hi, I have been hearing alot of talks about warranty not being void, simply becos they did not change any parts or had been following the maintenance requirements.
Based on my experience from Mazda, as long as we dont go back & be serviced by them according the 10000km requirement, warranty on any parts is voided. Back then I tried to change the weather rubber strip of my door (Wear & tear), they told me that I could change for free becos their records didnt show that went back for service for more than 6 mths! (I did went back to their other authorised centre for svc). So in the end, I change that part F.O.C.
So its is common sense that TC will want us to go back & service our Latios under them. So, how could anyone say that its ok if we service according to the stated requirement.
Sorry to splash cold water, but I dont think its so simple.
I strongly believe (biz sense) that TC will void our warranty if we do not go back.
When I mentioned "void", I meant that if we complained of any problem, they will make us pay for parts becos we didnt go back to "THEM" for service. That will be a hard lesson for anyone affected.
So I think its better to double-check with TC.
-
Well .. I went with TC for servicing ... reason?
1. Nearer to my home (Bukit Panjang)
2. The saving I last check with those who went Autosaver is not compelling for me to go further east for servicing
3. TC servicing for me so far has been great (Usually went to TC autoclinic and took a bus back)
In fact ... void warranty is least of my worries. :)

IMHO, Mazda and TC work differently. From what I gather at here and NEC, no body ever get their warranty void before because they do servicing at un-authorised workshops, which is quite common. Honda and Mazda are known to be very strict on this however.
The advise is to do minor servicing at outside workshops and major servicing at TC to do some dollar if you want (or vice versa if you want to save more). Refer to the official TC maintenace sheet for details of this minor and major servicing interval. At least there will be some records of you going there for servicing, just to be KS abit. Another advice is to do it after 3rd yr, as the warranty period will be over by then.
-
Actually, the interesting part is I have a regular mechanic who had been working on my dad's cars (and knows me because I used to bring his car in frequently). During our recent servicing interval, he actually advised us to bring our cars to TC during the warranty period....
His rational is for minor servicing, he is not much cheaper (and its true..) and for major servicing (20,000, 40,000 etc), better to go back to TC because of warranty issues.

Have try 3 TC service centre.
1000km...... Toa Payoh.... packed and the works done not so satisfactory
5000km...... Bukit Timah.... so so packed.... service level so so.
10000km.( today)...... Jurong..... quite deserted. so i think mechanics will spend more time on the servicing. Surprised that the service advisor periodically advise me on the status of the servicing. ( i was at the lounge surfing the net). when collect car the receptionist explained what have been done and also the service advisor also explain me on the various package to take up.
The service level is A1. Very cosy and the place may not looks so grand like in TC Bukit Timah. But most importantly, a job well done.
Only it is quite "ulu ulu"
-
There are days where the Jurong service centre is also crowded. However, I do find their service level is good. they will explain to you what items need to be changes and what are changed at the end of the service.

Juz went for my 30k servicing at Lok yang this morning. The guy ask me wanna do tyre rotation n alignment bo. I say ok n he say i have to pay $10 more leh. Is it true? :confused1:

Did my 20k Servicing(19007km) at Autosaver Ubi. Use my own Mobil 1 5W30. Very good service. Basic package $195 less $45 for using my own oil. They did balancing for all my tyres and replace the air with nitrogen.
I was told that that is a problem with my CVT(fail one of the computrised Diagnostic test) and need to go to TCM.
Error listed as below.
CAN COMM CIRCUIT U1000 - 39
ECM - 39
Not sure if it is due to the EZ STAB. My battery is weak.
Should I request for a replacement battery from TCM before my one year warranty expires(26/01).
Anyway will try to go to TCM UBI on Thursday.

It's made known that our Latio car battery cannot last for 1 1/2 yrs.. some less than a yr.
Not sure they will change a battery for you as there's no physical fault from it... ie. car cannot start, haed lamp dimming, HU resetted.....
But again, if u are firm enough and dare to 'bang' table at them... they sure change for u one...hehe... :devil2:
So since it's still under warrenty, juz go ahead & request for a new one.

I agreed with Vincent. Our Latio stock battery usually knock-out around 1 - 1 1/2 yrs time. I've change my battery at TCM after 1 yr so had to paid 50%(Which is $40). But if yours is within 1 yr, the replacement is FOC. One advice(IMHO) is to take out your EZ-Stab before you send your Latio for service. Just in case they start to point finger that your EZ-Stab cause the battery to be weak.
Cheers!

The replacement batt you changed is it wet or maintenance free type huh?

The one I got was wet one. Try to ask them to replace the maintenance free type as my colleague got the maintenance free battery at the same price that I've paid($40).

Thanks for all your advise. Will take out the EZ-STAB and ask for a battery replacement. Actually my main concern is the CVT problem.
Hope it is not a major thing. Other than that, the car has serve me well, its is a good car and as it is my first car it means alot to me....

Hahaha! Yo bro, you are not alone. Me also first time owning a car. If we had a chance to meetup, will know that my "problem" is bigger than yours! But not to worry too much. Overall, Latio is still a good car to drive n the bros in the forum are " No Horse Run"!!!

Hey bros,
Recently I asked my wife to send our Latio to TC for 30,000km servicing with my own engine oil. And she was asked to sign an indemity form to free TC from any liabilities if the engine/parts malfunction due to the engine oil we brought in ourselves. Did anyone else face the same issue?
Additionally my wife was asked to send the car back for servicing after 5,000km instead of 10,000km. The technicians gave the reasons that it is TC's policy that all cars to be sent back for servicing at every 5,000km if the owners brought in their own engine oil.
I find it quite absurb because we brought our own Mobil Gold engine oil, which is exactly the same as TC (by the way, TC also carries Mobil Gold engine oil albeit at a heftier price).
Regards,
Trend7

frankly, that sounds like a load of bull from TC. I used my own engine oil at 10k and wasnt asked to sign any such form. And if ur engine oil is synthetic and can easily last for 10k, really no need to bring it in at 5k. ;)
-
erm... tot once the free services over... we start paying... dont have to bother with the dates or mileage set by TC? :zipped:

Hey blackspotGG,
I sent my car to TC Bukit Timah branch. Yes I also hearsay some brothers faced the same problem. After my wife has collected the car for me and told me what happened, I called TC Bukit Timah and the woman who picked up the call told me that all TC branches now requires their customers to sign the indemity form if they bring their own engine oil.. This is really some BS...
Furthermore they didn't service my car properly too. Told them that the footbrake was making a lot of noise when driving and they told my wife that they can't find any thing wrong. Crap. Hence, I am thinking if I should send my car to outside workshops like Autosaver. What's your opinion?

Hi all ... I have been to 3 workshop before minus Ubi branch. So far, I am happier in Autoclinic (Jurong one). So far, I usually drive there, dropped my car there and went home taking public (except the last one which my brother follow with his lancer and we go SLS after that). As far as I know, servicing usually takes at least 3 to 4 hours and I usually dropped my car at around 8:30 to 9am and car ready by 12 to 2pm.
TC Bukit Timah ask folks to sign too and I had signed on it before but not in Toa Payoh and Autoclinic.
TC Bukit Timah is one of the worst I have gone as many of my complains usually not fixed. Like the wheel alignment thingy which is only fixed on the 3rd attempt after I complain big time especially suay is their service personal called me for a survey and I hamtam the poor lady over the phone. I guess TC bukit timah usually have such issue is due to the pack service schedule and maybe perhaps depending on the service engineer attitude.
So far I still prefer Autoclinic.
As for outside servicing, I didnt found extremely cheaper to go Autosaver. For example the 20K major servicing, I paid $204.33 (after minus the stock full-sync oil as I brought my own Mobil 0W-40) which is just less than $20 difference. Except no Nitrogen lah but the other is still changed like Brake Fluid (Presone), Wiper Blade and Oil Filter. Wheel balancing is standard in their 20K service package too. Thus, I still went back to Autoclinic at Lok Yang and it is nearer to my house as compare to Autosaver. If there is any problem, I can bang table straight at TC. :P
-
Just done my 10K service today at TPY. Used own Mobil 1 engine oil and there's no "********-covering" form to sign for. The SE will see the oil for it's type/grade just in case you brought over a wrong oil. He will also give some comments/tips on engine oil usage...and that's about it. Unused oil will be returned.
All my 3 services were performed at TPY. Preferred due to its location. Most of the time, I will leave that place once I dropped the car so I am not bothered about facility issues. The SEes' are friendly too. And to add one more, there's free wi-fi in their Owners' Place. However, the snacks and drinks are not promptly replenished.
My past 2 services were completed less than 2 hours. I dropped car at 2pm and collected before 4pm. But this third one was much longer; dropped at 1pm and collection at 4:30pm. This could be expected when I booked for my service last week. Normally, I always get the slot on the following day but this time round I was allocated for the next week. I could see today TPY's whole garage and driveway filled with Nissans. Probably it's a good period to service cars as most of us have leaves to clear. ;)
Cheers,
KEL.

I agreed with Vincent, IMO unless the price of servicing in outside workshop is much much cheaper than TCM or your mod has already voild the warrantly, it is still better to stick with TCM. The service level in TCM is much better than other authorised agent of other car made.
Agent servicing cost is price is because of the warrantly coverage and the reputation that they have to honour if anything goes worng.

I sent my Latio in for 15000km svc with RP oil before leaving for my Cameron trip in mid-Nov 06.
I was not asked to sign anything at all & 1 qt was returned to me (Gave 4 to them).

went to Ubi for my 10000 service. really waited for 6 hrs. from 10am to 4pm. bring my own mobile 5w30 oil. Not require to sign any paper.
-
Told them that the footbrake was making a lot of noise when driving and they told my wife that they can't find any thing wrong.
Hey bro,
The same thing happened to me when i sent my car for 5k servicing at TC UBI. Complain that the footbrake vibrate at high speed and they took nearly 8 hrs to service my car claiming that they need to check on the brakes....... but after i collect my car, the problem still persist eventhough on the service sheet it states that they have adjusted the brakes and rotate the front tyres   Was wondering whether what they claimed to do is for real :glare: They didnt even wash my car properly and forget to shine my tyres!!!! Was about to complain but soon realise that the office has closed!!!! Just my luck!!!

Bro, lousy servicing at TCM is nothing new to me. During my 1K servicing at UBI, brought up 6 problems to them which none of them was solved. There's this excessive vibration problem which I've brought up for 4 times and everytime the problem persists. Think if by 30K servicing they still don't solve it, I'll demand them to replace the engine mounting....
For myself I would go back to TCM to do servicing for the fear of warranty void by them. I've asked the SE before and he said its better to bring back to TCM to ensure the warranty is 'safe'. Most likely I will take up the NPMP. There's a premium to pay for but it gives me a peace of mind. Anything wrong, go bang table lo, haha.... TCM? Autosaver? ABC workshop? Its all up to individual. TCM pay more but you're assured that anything wrong can go bang table. Autosaver cheaper and yet follow OEM servicing steps and spares but warranty might be void? ABC workshop cheapest, but dunno what are the procedures they take and the spares they use...

Oh ya, to add onto the TCM bad-servicing-experience list:
1) They FORGOT to rotate my tires during my 10K servicing. :scared:
-
Sent my car to Ubi on end of Nov. Had to sign form when I brought my own M1 5W30.
My last 2 servicing, they all put the next servicing interval as 10,000km.
IMHO, I remember that the form says TCM will not be responsible for engine performance due to own oil. That is sort of reasonable in case people choose to bring in crappy or thicker oils then complain high FC. ;)
IMHO, there is no way TCM can wiggle out of warranty claim if engine really has trouble as long as the oil we use is within Nissan's recommendation (in the manual) and the maintenance interval is as recommended.
Seems like the brake pedal is a sticky issue. I have a creaking in the brake pedal and Ubi did not fix it. When the raining stops, I will bring it to Autoclinic to try to get it resolved.
As for servicing quality, did I mention that Autoclinic overinflated the tires (all 4 of them) by 20 Pa when my boss sent his car there for tire replacement? They also dun check my TP.

Festive Greetings Lations!
Went for my 1000km servicing at Ubi today.. I should say they ain't that 'professional' .. are they??
Firstly, I was asked to 'wait', tho I was not late for my pre-booked appointment (11.30am). About 30 mins later, the techinician told me my registrations for the servicing had been done, and it's their lunch soon, thus I should come back after 1.30pm to avoid waiting??
After the servicing was done, I received a sms stating that my car is ready for collection. It was only When i was at the admin counter, was I being informed tat they r washing my car, thus was asked to wait further.
I find out tat my car was 'not even washed' as they had claimed, when I collected my car!? Since it was rainning, decided not to kick up a fuss. My last draw is when later realized my car alignment was not 'rectified' even I had specifically told them my car seemed to sway one side, - they had 'ticked' that they had done so?? Sigh!! Overall service - Below satisfaction..
Need to go down again tomorrow!!.. Sigh.. but all these are time consuming, isn't it?? :confused1:

I agreed with Vincent, IMO unless the price of servicing in outside workshop is much much cheaper than TCM or your mod has already voild the warrantly, it is still better to stick with TCM. The service level in TCM is much better than other authorised agent of other car made.
Agent servicing cost is price is because of the warrantly coverage and the reputation that they have to honour if anything goes worng.
bro.. I think I am not Vincent. Lorddraco aka Lam.
-
Do u guy feel that the steering wheel has alignment problem. When i released my steering wheel when going straight, the car will tend to sway a little to the left.

New Tyres, roads are titled in Singapore... So water can slip to the sides..
New Tyres need time to 'burn' accordingly to the road.

Hey bro,
The same thing happened to me when i sent my car for 5k servicing at TC UBI.
Hey Brother,
Then so far, did you manage to solve the vibration problem? It seems to me such a simple problem, though I am not a car mechanic. Same here. It was claimed in the service sheet that they have already solve the vibration issue, but BS, the moment my wife drives out of TCM, the vibration is back again.
-
I sent my Latio in for 15000km svc with RP oil before leaving for my Cameron trip in mid-Nov 06.
I was not asked to sign anything at all & 1 qt was returned to me (Gave 4 to them).
Hi Sengkang,
That's funny. My wife was asked to sign the indemity form but she sent the car for servicing in December. Perhaps TCM just implemented this new policy.

Come to think of it, maybe i'm used to the vibrations already :bleh: :bleh: Do any bro or sis experinece the same situation? Maybe it is a general defect to our latio???? God knos......

New Tyres, roads are titled in Singapore... So water can slip to the sides..

OT a bit on this alignment issue.
This is what I've read about it many many years ago in some article. Please dun flame me for it.
In countries with "Right Hand Drive" cars the vehicals usually drfit to the left, and the "Left Hand Drive" countries have their cars drifting to the right instead.
There are a couple of reasons to it one is, as quoted by "Nick" as the singapore roads are design that way so that water can slip to the side of the roads and not flooding them. The second reason is for safety reason, IF ever a driver falls asleep or kong off (heart attack, fainted, etc), the car can roll to a stop and in this case the car rolls towards the left (this assumption is that he has zero contact with the steerling wheel) with is why also the roads design to have a emergency lane on the left and not the right for all "Right Hand Drive" countries.
I'm not sure how true is this explaination but nevertheless, I thought it does make some sense to its design of the roads. I do feel the same uneasiness if my car is drifting to one side I find that it take more effort to drive it especially if happens that the car I'm driving have a heavier steerling wheel.

Hi bro/sis.
I will share my servicing experience yesterday at ubi TCM.
I did not make booking as my intention was for them to do checking and replace my faulty rear brake lights only. I sent it in at 745am and was number 16. The servicing ppl asked for my intention and that w/o booking, I will have to wait long long, something like everyday there are 100+ bookings for servicing!
But by 8:05am, my turn came. I was lucky I was served by Azmin, the same guy who attended to me last time. After hearing my problems, he offered either I do the 20000km servicng at current 18000km mileage, or just a normal servicing costing $80 which will bring next servicing to 28000km also. I chose the 20000km interval servicing instead as it will be disruptive to maintenance cycle otherwise. I chose servicing because he told me replacing brake lights will not have labour charge if I do it during servicing. Also, it will save me another trip to TCM 1 month later to do the 20000km servicing if I choose other options.
When I collected the car, I was pleasantly surprised to see my stock battery changed to a new Furukawa battery. I had complained about slightly more difficult cranking. Azmin told me it is made-in-japan and has a hight 60A rating compare to stoack 40A. And I observed it has a manual guage to let me know if it is still good, or not enough water, etc. Best part is it is FOC as my car will be a year old at 9-Feb.
As for my FC pattern problem, only tuning has been done to ECU as expected. So will continue to monitor.
One more thing. I was not asked to signed any indemnity form for using my own oil, as has been the last 2 servicings.
This servicing cost $214 for using my own oil. I had requested for window coating with silicon wiper but unfortunately has no stock. It normally cost $34 but only cost about $20 if you do it during servicing.
Lastly, I believed using the same servicing executive is definitely helpful. Azmin had seen me enough to extend his namecard and asked me to call him before next servicing. I believe I got the new battery becasue he has pushed for it lah. Also remember to be humble and friendly, and not give hostile remarks about the car even if you feel that way. I even apologised for not making booking beforehand as it was urgent.
Hope my experience has not bored you lah. And that someone will benefit from it lah.

You got PM bro!
Hey infinityx,
I am also facing the foot brake vibration problem. So did they solve the problem for you when you sent your car for servicing? Which service centre did you send your car to? For my case, they didnt do anything about it.
-
have u all been to TC tpy for servicing? i feel that the lounge is not as cosy as the one in ubi. Somemore we have to make our way upstair to go to a deserted area where im the only one in the lounge. The rest are waiting downstair in the service reception. :out:

HI, I've just completed my 10,000Km servicing at Ubi TCM.
Brought my own AMSOIL 0w30 for them to change.
Complain to them about:
1) Sometimes air-cond not cold. Solution-Change gas and top up liquid.
2) Reverse Sensor volume too Loud. Solution-Volume Lowered (But the Volume of when u engage the Reverse gear still quite loud for me... )
3) Refitting rubber lining on front bodykit. Solution-Already fixed(2nd time the rubber lining come off...sianz)
4) Wheel Alignment due to got hit kerb before. Solution-Rotate and do wheel alignment since its in the 10,0000km package.
Everything is fine, ride feel kinda smooth, later I try pump Esso 8000 Unleaded to "clean" tank bcoz I always pump 5000 unleaded.
When i collect my car, before i drive off from the service center, i check all around my car for any dents or scratches that I'm not aware of.
Then I notice my front right tire missing the Nissan Logo cover when I parked my car! (Not the one where u unscrew to pump air hor). Got one hole there...Sianzzz
Heck! How ah? Can ask them replace? I think they forgot to put back after alignment.
Today holiday (National Day-HAPPY NATIONAL DAY TO ALL!), Sunday closed so maybe I bang table on Monday.
How can they forget to put back the logo thing bcoz i see all my other wheels have and its not dat easy to fall off... Sigh. I cannot bang table on the spot bcoz I collect my car ard 7plus (off-peak) Service centre already close liao... Already send sms to the service agent, Jimmy Tan and email them also. (ivychow@tanchong.com.sg) Now wait for their reply...

Tough one... The cover is purely cosmetic and is not removed during alignment one. See how hard you bang the table. My guess is they will say it was stolen after you left TC.

Hi thesurferguy,
Did you have to pay for your 10,000km servicing?
It is free, right? Other than you having brought your own engine oil.

since you did rotation and alignment, the tyres will be balanced = taking off this cover to do tyre balancing ......
lesson learnt - walk round and inspect whole car when taking over car after servicing

just to compare notes
after you get your car back from servicing at TCM,
1. had the mirrors been adjusted?
2. is the radio channel changed to another station?
3. are the tyres washed?
thanks

Now you mentioned it...when I got back my car from my first 1k at tpy......turn on my radio, it was my CD player that was playing instead of the usual class 95 FM.

Hi all,
The service agent replied my sms back, saying that i can just pop by and he'll fix one up for me.

Yup, its totally free. My servicing was due 0n 09/08/08 (which happens to be today... :bleh:) but since I havent got my engine oil from a friend, i delayed it and come in when my mileage was 11,136km...

I did walk around my car bro, to see any dents or scratches that I'm not aware of. All a-ok only then i notice the hole at wheel. I tot i got drive or mount hump too hard till the cover fall off but I see the other 3 wheels, the cover cannot be easily remove one. As you said bro, lesson learnt.

Answering your questions:
1. Nope, my mirrors not adjusted.
2. My radio channels not touch.
3. Yes, the tyres are washed and got apply some wheels gloss...
That's why I'm not that angry bcoz they did a good job on my ride. A total of 4 hours (I didn't go and see they do ah)
Servicing time-slot 10am, service agent called me 9am, car ready around 2pm.

Heheh, point noted bro. I just didn't notice the missing cover when I walk around the car when the car is handed back to me.

anyway, it is good that they will replace it
most likely there will be quite a number of such covers at the workshop as some drivers may not have noticed that these were not fixed back

Yah.. forgot about the tire balancing.
lesson learnt - walk round and inspect whole car when taking over car after servicing
  You never know when they return the car with an extra dent or scratch.
I also double check to ensure they did the rotation and pumped pressures correctly. Everytime they also miss one... 2 tires at 230 on one side and 215 on other side. Complain until xian already.

anyone noticed that the air con is always at full blast after collecting the car?
i dont even turn it on to 2 normally..... :glare:

Now that u mentioned it, my aircon was set to 18 degrees when i collect my car... :out:

Maybe they were just testing if the blower fan works, but they should have the courtesy to turn it back to the original setting.

my 1000km experience was bad.. dunno izzit me being too picky or its really bad
i went to the one at tuas... drive in a very narrow lane and then stop my car there. no signboard or anything so i dunno, i walk inside blur blur go one round thought got queue ticket to take, then later i ask the cashier then she told me actually have to wait outside beside my car
i go outside there was this guy who then approached me, then ask me what i am here for, so i told him 1000km service, then he ask me for my key and come back in 2 hours.. then i was like HUH.. wait wait.. i havent even tell u the problems i am facing with the car.. then i asked about the TOK sound when closing the boot, and his reply was instant.. "oh it is LIKE THAT ONE... i can show you the OTHER latio" then up in my mind was, wtf u mean by "LIKE THAT ONE"? this is a $55,000 car I bought, not a $550 toy... i won't take the "It's LIKE THAT ONE" for an answer... then i though to myself... ok nevermind.. i tahan ... i go home figure out myself (then i found the greese solution from this forum! thanks guyz)
then when i collected my car back, my seats, mirrors, aircon, even steering wheel height... everything... was a mess. they gave my car a wash, but it was still wet... there was a slight fine scratches at the right rear side like as though something brushed against the vehicle. i damn sian already.. wait about 2+ hours.. since the scratch not very obvious and some polishing should remove it, i just wanna go home koon so i f*** care and went home.
i dunno if i am biased, cos i used to send parent's car for servicing (european). i also used to drive a renault kangoo van (european, again). the service was much better. even when i own a '96 nissan march those outside workshop like autosavers also treat me better... i feel like just bringing my car to autosavers next time.
